The online marketing market has evolved in a very short time. The quantitative approach of the early days has given way to personalized “one to one” communication logic and in real time with users.The detailed analysis of behavioral data from their clients and the logic of maximizing return on investment are among the primary concerns of our advertisers and e-tailers

Our Group was built around these developments and we respond effectively to today’s challenges of our market thanks to a comprehensive and integrated offer for online acquisition and loyalty-building. We combine immediate performance and maximising customer portfolios on a long term basis.

We also differentiated by the strong added technological value of our solutions and our positionning which is resolutly focused on the responsible use of digital data. Historically a French Group, we are now present worldwide with offices in Europe, Brazil, North America and Australia.

We are thoroughly convinced of the necessity to invent and implement innovative solutions and technologies for our clients. I have surrounded myself with associate managers who are among the most talented people on the marketplace. As well as their recognized expertise, they all have a successful entrepreneurial past. Our teams are highly competent and share the same commitment to providing the best service to our clients.

Our international culture is a strong asset. We now have 100 employees, including 20 engineers and data scientists and we reported consolidated revenues of €25.9 million in 2013.

In July 2011, we completed our IPO on the NYSE Alternext market in Paris, which resulted in a capital increase of €12.5 million. We are extremely pleased with the success of this listing on the stock market.

At the beginning of 2013, we acquired the French digital marketing platform Gamned!, a European pioneer in real time bidding advertizing on ad-exchanges and the laureate of two E-commerce Awards, including the Grand Prix at the 2012 E-Commerce tradeshow. Since September 2013, our Group has offered its advertising clients the best in data marketing services and technology.
