Netshoes is one of the largest companies in South America with an estimated turnover of $595.2 Million in web sales for 2013 alone. They were the first to take an interest into LiveTarget’s technology to help them find a way to awaken their dormant email database. As one of the largest e-commerce pure players in the sporting goods sphere, Netshoes’ email database grows by the thousands every day. However despite their growing database, Netshoes struggled in finding a means to engage with their non-active subscribers. They came to LiveTarget seeking a cost-effective solution on how to optimize their database by re-engaging with their dormant subscribers.
Using LiveTarget Technology, all subscribers that did not interact with Netshoes’ previous emailing campaigns were identified via cookie-based technology.
